Currently I'm running on a 350 W generic PSU.

With another 90GB HD added on to the specs in my sig, do I have enough power?
 
Yep. Your system with that additional hd is probably pulling about 150 watts.
 
I totally agree that you only need 300-350w.... of good quality power. If it is a generic power supply, you really are taking a chance using it on your system in the first place, and adding a HD might cause problems depening on the quality of the supply in question. Try it and see if you have any problems, you won't break anything, unless it's a Deer/Allied :D
