Need help determing if I'm using the correct memory. Please look at the memory below and let me know. For some reason when I turn on the new computer I ge this long lasting beep. I think it has to do with the memory but could be wrong. My current system which is an older one everything works fine.

New system:
Gigabyte K8 Trition Nforce 4 Ultra Motherboard PCI Express
EVGA 256 video card
Memory...1 gig of KVR333x64C 2.5
AMD 64 3700 san diego
Coolermaster Cent. 530 case
550 PS
HD's
DVD
CD
etc...

Is my problem the memory...SHould i use different? Thanks

First id borrow some ram that isnt Kingston and plop it in, see if it boots, troubleshoot as much as you can.....if you can get into Bios, check your settings there......yeah i agree i think long beep is memory IIRC, anyhoo, try switching out ram first, then report back to us :p
