I need some major help on Video card Coolers. I was wondering was is the best? Where to get it? And the best video cards to use them on?
 
ok ... if u want the best manufacturers for video cards u won't get an answer cause there are 2 major companies which produced gpu and they are nVidia and Ati

Anything sold by the other companies differ in cooling but the cards are the same ...

as for cooling .. if you want good cooling get an arctic silencer depending on the video card of your choice if you're looking for air cooling

as for water cooling ... then there are lots of gpu water blocks to choose from

that's all i can give you for an answer
 
I am not sure I like ati, so witch is better for ati? And what are the benifiets of water?

The biggest benefit of watercooling is its mostly noiseless. On good watercooled rigs, you also have more flexability as it can offer more cooling than a standard heatsink and fan.
