Need low profile heatsink....

I need a low profile, but extremely quiet heatsink for my HTPC case. I would love to go fanless, but I don't think I can find a heatsink small enought to fit in my case and cool an Athlon 2000+ CPU.

This is the case I have:

They have an accessories section with a low profile fan, but they charge way to much for the heatsink. It is almost is the same price as the case.

Any suggestions?

You could definitely put more than a 1u in that case. With a little squeezing, I could fit a zalman 3100 in a low profile case. You could easily take a large alpha or swiftech heatsink and simply duct it to another fan in the case or put a 60mm fan on it blowing sideways. be creative! Those 1u heatsinks are very loud and dont cool as well as you might hope.
 
Sorry, I left out a bit of important information, I am using a 90 degree PCI adapter for my Hauppauge 350 tuner/encoder. The PCI card invades on the space for the cpu/fan. I currently have a Thermaltake which is approximately 1 3/4" tall and is about 1/8" too tall and touches the pci card and causes excess noise due to the "cavitation" because the PCI card is so close.

I currently put a rubber spacer on the edge of the fan and PCI card to reduce cavitation noise. I am thinking about using a 1U cooler but really want a quiet one, or maybe a cooler where the fan mounts on the side of the heatsink. Once again quiet/silent is the goal.
