Need input on ebay

I just sold a copy of windows 7 on ebay for $200

However, paypal is apparently holding onto the money for 21 days

My question is, what if the guy recieves it, and tells paypal he didn't etc or that it was used, I can't leave negative feedback for buyers ??

Should I just tell the guy I lost it and sell it to a local friend for $100?

you can enter the tracking number into the paypal page where its holding your money. it gives you the money 3 days after delivery. as long it confirms delivery you are good.

ive had to deal with this a few times and its a hassle to deal with but i can understand what paypal is doing it for since so much software is fake/pirated.
