I have a dtek version csp 750 pump(which apparently sucks now) that has been running for about 6 months now and is still fine. It is cooling my mobile axp with a dtek pro120 heatercore. I want to w/c my new 6600gt also, and i dont know if i should get a new pump like an aquaextreme/swiftech 600 series, or get another dtek csp750 and run either 2 seperate loops or use them in parallel or series. Also, would the single 120 heatercore be enough to cool my cpu and gpu or should i get a newer dual 120 bonneville rad or something similar? THanks for the input.

need input on 6600gt +cpu watercooling

Most people would say if you want to cool more things to get a dual radiator. the drawback is that it is hard to fit inside certain cases. Im not sure if 2 rads will improve performance but i dont think a stronger pump will help also. Buy the gpu block and try it out with what you have now
I'm running the chevette heatercore also, ( that's what the dtek rad is made from), and I've never even felt the thing get remotely close to warm. you should be able to cool your cpu and gpu off the same rad with no problem, that is as long as it is properly shrouded and such. Failures aside, you could probably run off the one csp750 also.
i forgot to mention i'm running a dtek spiral water block so there is not a lot of flow restriction. Do you guys really think that the one pump would hold up with the 2 components? I would probably get a maze4 gpu block since they fit the 6600gt. Has anyone had experience watercooling one of these things? Would it be better just to wait for the new nvsilencer that i heard is coming in february? Thanks for the help.

I use the Nvsilencer on my x800Pro. Even with it volt modded my temps are lower than with the standard x800 hsf. Plus the Nvsilencer is truely dead silent.
