Heres the pictures of what I have so far.

Goal is to fit 2-4 ATX PC's inside the case, max of 2 per tray

Im not very creative when it comes to crap like this, so im looking for ideas :)

( i made some cutting errors etc, not that good with a chop saw :), so please forgive some of the wood work. Everything is 100% square now. The rails work great btw. TY Home Depot! )

Are you planning to mount them straight to the board? Or have miniature cases inside on the paths?
And is it going to be horizontal or vertical? I assume horizontal by the picture orientation
 
I know you started with wood already but you should look at 8020 aluminum extrusion. It can be got cheap on ebay from 8020inc, their surplus auctions. Also you can save a ton of money if you buy your own fasteners and t-nuts instead of the overpriced ones they sell. If you have a drill press make your own joining plates too.

8020 is very strong and has the advantage of being totally adjustable.
