I just got a Logitech keyboard and mouse of the wireless variety as a kick-down from my pops, the only problem is its white. I would love to fix this but I haven’t any idea how without doing some kind of two-tone b&w look…. Help?
 
Seems like I remember coming across a website where you could order bags of keys to brands of keyboards… If I could find black keys then I could dye the rest, anyone know what I’m talking about ???
 
I painted my keyboard with regular spraypaint. I painted the body yellow and popped out all of the keys and painted them orange. Two very light coats on the keys left the black lettering show thru.
 
Just my opinion, but I have never seen (in person or online forums) a self painted keyboard that to me didnt look like second rate work. Dont get me wrong, I LOVE modding, I just dont think keyboard and mouse painting ever turn out well. A stock paint job (or professional car paint job at minimum) is always worlds better in quality and feel. Just buy a nice looking keyboard, there are literally hundreds to choose from and the majority are not expensive. Especially if all you are going for is black color. Come on, there are so many to choose from. Your time and money on finding black keys and dying this and that will be better spent on a 10 dollar CompUSA black keyboard. It just doesnt seem worth it.

I am not trying to bash anyone that does try it themselves, just trying to save someone the trouble of doing it themself because they think they have to... In any case, it's your time and money...
