Need HSF advice

I have a mildly overclocked E4600 (see sig) in an Antec Sonata II (with front and rear 120mm fans) but the stock HSF temps are a little high for my liking (32-34 celcius idle, 62 celcius load).

I was initially going to just get an Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro (19 euros), but I read mixed reviews about its noise under full load.

I have an option on a Zalman 9700 (second hand, but new, boxed and with receipt), but I'm wondering if this might be a bit of overkill for my mild overclock when it will cost twice as much as the Freezer 7 (40 euros).

By the way, I live in Europe, prices here are higher than Stateside!!

Other tower coolers like the Scythe Ninja or the Tuniq Tower might be possibilities, as is the Thermaltake Big Typhoon VX (all over 45 euros), but again I am worried that it will be overkill for my rig, and I would prefer to not spend the extra if it's not really necessary, since I want to get a decent graphics card too.

Would the Freezer be enough for my needs, or should I get a more expensive one (and have less to spend on the graphics card)? Thanks!

The Freezer 7 Pro is NOT loud.
I have three of them and you can't hear them above the case fans at all.

I have several Core2Duo CPUs, of varying speed, all OC'd by at least 50% and the F7Pro keeps the temps pretty cool for the low price.

You won't be sorry you bought one.:D
