For whatever reason, my PC keeps rebooting and I have no idea why. I originally thought it was the hard drives overhearting, they were pretty hot when I started looking at this. My specs are in my sig. I took the heatsink off the CPU and cleaned it out. My CPU temps are running about 50 Celsius. I looked in the event viewer, but didnt see anything other than that I have a bad block on my disk. I dont think that is what is causing my reboots, but I am not sure. There is no specific event or events that seem to trigger this. Anyone have any ideas? Please help!

-edit- I updated the video drivers, let's see how it works now, so far it is stable, but that could change in an instant

By any chance did you corrupt the system file accidently, or probably one of you hardware is refusing to work correctly, try a fresh install of windows if possible.

Im gonna do fresh install sometime tommorow, Im thinking it's the video card acting up. I was playing a game and all of a sudden I got bars across the screen and the machine locked up.

Hmm Im still in the dark here, I think I have a bad video card, but Im not sure, I yanked it out, popped the heatsink off and applied some new paste. I disconnected my hard drives and it is still rebooting. Im thinking it's the video card, should the machine still POST without a video card in the slot? I pulled it out and could not get the machine to POST.

This officially SUCKS, I have no idea how this could have happened, the pics speak for themself:

So now I have to get a new mobo, I hope it didnt kill anything else in the process. I put in a spare videocard that I had a laying around and the machine was still rebooting, so I decided to try a power supply next. I had a hard time pulling the ATX connector off the board, now I know why lol.

ARRRRRRGHHHHH!

Yea, I'm not even going to bother. I've been thinking about getting a new mobo anyhow lol. I can't understand what caused this thing to burn up like it did? I'm going to see if the PS is still under warranty, I think it's less than a year old.
