need help

On another forum I visit they have a REP system. When I click to give REP nothing happens. This happens in IE11, FF, Chrome, and Opera. I have tried it on 4 systems. The 4th system IE11 works. On my Win 10 system it also doesn't work in Edge browser. Latest Java is installed. The Webmaster TeamViewed into 2 of my systems but could not find a solution. He said no one else has this issue.
There are 2 Javascript related buttons. REP and Quote. The + Quote works.
