Need help ....

I'd guess either the mobo or psu is damaged.

That sounds like a fried mobo. Im gonna throw my money on that.

Will try to use diff. cpu to test if mobo is ok .. also put that cpu on diff. mobo to test it ...
If both are ok, then i need to test psu (which is corsair TX850)

clear cmos, pull all memory except for a single DIMM and try again?
if you can get into the BIOS after that try to disable XMP and then try all the DIMMs

That was first thing I've done.
Getting C1 error, can't go to BIOS.

sshttttttttttttttttt ... it is what I don't want it to be ..
I fried the CPU... lolz ..... Popped in X5650 .. and it booted right up .. clocking to 4.1ghz now and testing .... I wish it was the mobo that fried :((
