All of a sudden yesterday my wireless Buffalo WHR-G54S began to drop signal repeatedly (every 15-20m). At first I thought it was my ISP but now I think it is just a problem with the router.
Funny thing is it only does this when my wifes WIRED computer is on. I have been on my laptop all morning and her computer has been off, haven't had a dropped signal since. She turned her PC on and within 10m the signal was dropped. I turn her PC off to see if that is causing it and I haven't had a dropped signal since (45m ago).
Any ideas what could be causing this? No settings on her PC have been changed, nothing on the router side, nothing on my side. Just started to happen all of a sudden, could it be the cat5 cable somehow?
Any help is greatly appreciated as she's going to kill me soon if she can't use her comp
