Need help with video crashing problem

When playing any video game my system will crash if a video plays in the background through any browser. Sometimes the application will crash, sometimes I'll get the BSOD. It doesn't matter what game I am playing or what browser is playing a video.

AMD HD 6900 x2
Windows 7

Thanks in advance. I've tried all sorts of different video card drivers.
