Hi everybody,

It's been a long time, since I've build a gaming rig, so I could use some advice.

My son need's an upgrade. Coming from this:

Board ASUS MAXIMUS VI GENE - Haswell
CPU Intel Core i5-4670 Haswell - Box
Case Fractal Design ARC Mini - Black
Cooling Corsair Hydro H80i High Performance
Harddisk Western Digital WD Blue - 1TB
DVD drive Samsung SH-224DB
GFX ASUS GeForce GTX 670 - 4GB DDR5
PSU XFX ProSeries XXX Edition - 650W PSU
RAM 16 Gb Corsair Vengeance Bk DDR3-1866

Upgrading with this:

CPU Intel Core i5-8600K
Board MSI Z270 Tomahawk
RAM 16 Gb Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 2666Mhz
Cooling Deepcool Captain 240 EX
Case Phanteks Eclipse P400 S Glass Silent
Harddisk Samsung 850 EVO 500 Gb 2.5 SSD

Keeping the GFX and old harddrive.

He's playing CS Global and streaming.

Any constructive input are welcome :)

For CS GO and streaming, you don't really need an 8600k, you might want to consider an i5-8400 instead which is also 6-core.
