Need help with timing. New rig.

So it been a while since i messed around with memory but i have to do it again. I just upgraded my mother board, cpu, memory and heatsink so i need to set my new ram up better. Here are my specs.
AMD 5000+ x2 Black edition
Scythe SCINF-1000 120mm Heatsink
BIOSTAR TFORCE TF520-A2
CORSAIR 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
ATI X850 LE Video card
2 SATA DL-DVD-RW
500gig Seagate HHD

So with the new motherboard, i read that it is better to set the timing of the memory by hand. I just dont know what to set it to. I'm most likely no going to over clock the computer at all. I already did a BIOS update on the motherboard. Any help would be appreciated.
