Is it possible that an "undervolted" overclock would cause corruption in Windows? After a while, running a P4 2.6c @ 3.2 I have to reformat due to corrupt files and whatnot, just plain wierd things.
What voltage should I have the chip at if oc'ing to 3.2? This is on air cooling but I have a great HSF, it keeps the temps nice and low.
