Need help with stupid windows vista....ASAP please

Ok, So I have vista installed on one of my drives, and I decide that im going to use it for something else.

So I Install it on another one of my drives, upon completing install on my other drive D: I go to format the other drive C: for reuse, and it keeps giving me "Windows was unable to complete the format" shit.

Ive made it to where im owner or whatever, or at least I think, anyone have any other ideas?


So yea, I'm stuck, anyone got anything?
