Need help with Slim/Mini tower Build

Can't get some input in the general hardware forum so I thought I would try here. I know this is not a true SFF computer but some of the parts should overlap.

So I am thinking about building a computer using some parts from my Dell XPS 210.
The CPU, Hard Drive, video card, monitor, and RAM are covered for now.

The only thing I have really thought about is the case. I am not looking to do some extreme overclocking but I would like to overclock a little bit just for fun.

CPU: E6600 (From Dell)

RAM: 4GB DDR2 667 (From Dell)

Video Card: Sapphire X1600 Pro (From Dell,wait to see what prices do with new DX10 cards)

Monitor: Sceptre 22” Gamer

Hard Drive: Some 320 GB 7200 RPM (From Dell)

Case: nMEDIAPC HTPC 300BA Slim Tower ATX

I know the cases are not the best for serious overclocking but space is a big issue for me so those are the cases I have selected.
I am not a huge gamer but do enjoy BF2, FEAR, Oblivion so a new video card like an X1950 may be in my future.

I was just looking over some Mobo and I like the looks of the Biostar mobos mostly because they included automated overclocking software.

Get a better video card and sell 2GB of RAM. 4GB is totally worthless.

X-Fi, I haven't heard anything lately about the C-Media chipset but it has never been great. Value X-Fi is probably better sound.

None of the mATX boards overclock well, but see the thread on the gaming board, started by Steeeve. Abit has a Fatal1ty board coming out allegedly within a week or two.

A SLI ATX board with an AMD card? Interesting. I know nothing about quality ATX boards now, so I assume that pick is because it's a less expensive overclocking board.

LITE-ONs are noisy, I would go with an LG.

So it sounds like the nMEDIAPC case is the way to go because it accepts a full ATX mobo.

What about my PSU selection? Will it be powerful enough to run the future video cards?

How about a CPU Fan/Heatsink small enough for this case?
 
Ok, so you're gonna go with a case that's basically a midtower that fits a full ATX motherboard - why you're asking about this in the Small Form Factor forum? :)

Seriously, for gaming and mild overclocking, I would stay away from that nMEDIA case because it has poor airflow, only two small 60mm fans at the back won't move enough air without being noisy. So really it's kind of hard to help you here, you need to make up your mind between ATX and mATX. Choosing cases that actually look like SFF will also get you more help around here. ;)
