Need help with Refresh Force. Just upgraded from WinMe.

Need help with Refresh Force. Just upgraded from WinMe. How do I set the refresh rate of my games? For example if I want to play FarCry do I set the refresh rates in-game. Are they done by Refresh Rate all the time(automatically) for every game once I set the refresh rate and frequency?

I have a VS A95f with the following specs:
1600x1200 @ 77hz
1280x1024 @ 89hz
1152x870 @104hz
1024x768 @118hz

For example if I want to run ALL OF MY GAMES at 1152x870@104 how would I do this or once I have set up Refresh Force 1st do I ever have to do ANY in-game adjustments

I know that this is old news for most of you but brand new to me.

Load up refresh force, select your monitor from the drop down box (there may be more than 1 that are active, do it for all of em) and click "Auto-populate". Then go down to 1152x870 and set the refresh to 104 and save it. Now anytime that resolution is selected that refresh will be used.

When you say save it, do you mean to make sure that 1152x870 is the very first setting at the top of the box? And how do I select this resolution, in-game or in windows.
