Hey guys, i was wondering if you could help me pick out a PSU for a SFF build I am doing. The part setup is here.

The build would go in a Streacom FC8 which requires a special PSU...(I wanna say PicoPsu?)

The max load will be 224w but if I swap out the CPU I can drop it 20w or so.

I was wondering what PSU I can purchase to power it?

Cheers

Hey,

if you go with a 6700 instead of the 6700K and use a H170 board, you should be fine with the 160W pico psu and ~200W external adapter. Otherwise you'll need the Hdplex 250W dcdc converter and something like the Dell PA-9E

Thank you so much for your help! If I switch to a 6700, the max load is 198W. Is that ok for a 160W Pico Psu?

No problem! Glad I can help. If you go with a 200W+ external adapter, yes, it will work. The picoPSU should handle any GPU without dedicated PCIe power connectors. Here, Josh from NFC Systems powers a system with a quite power hungry GPU:
