need help with power supply

i have a radeon 9700pro, an athlon64 3000+ a dl dvd burner, wd 160 gb hdd, how many watts is the minimum that shoudl run this system without complaint?
 
Watts don't mean anything. When I have some time later, i'll elaborate but suffice to say now while i'm in a hurry that you can't just say "300w" and be ok.
