No more then 2000 $CAN with taxes and shipping included.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Please be very specific.
CPU, RAM, DVD, HDD, GFX Card, Case, PSU, Mouse, Keyboard, Soundcard(? if it's even worth it anymore).
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Nothing.
6) Will you be overclocking? No.
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have? 20.1" NEC 20WMGX2 1650x1080
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Before April.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc. None.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license?
No. The price of Vista Home Premium 64 needs to be included in the final price.
My old keyboard and mouse were a Saytek Eclipse and a MX500 btw if it can help you choose the new ones.
Also I don't expect to game at a higher resolution then 1680x1050 this year unless someone releases a 24" equivalent to the 20WMGX2.
I have only built one computer before (my last computer) and it's been three years since so I could use the help. Haven't been following the scene too much.
