alright i got my cpu yesterday i ran tests prime95, folding, and sandra burn in. the cpu is stable at stock speeds

then today i decided to turn it up a notch. i got to 3.5ghz with a fsb of 251 anything over that it wouldn't load into windows or wouldn't post, my ram divider is at 3/2 and voltage was about 1.65
im trying to hit 3.8 by the way

system specs:
asus p4c800 deluxe
2.8C
corsair xms pc2700 256mb
enermax 465watt

do you need anyother details?
can anyone help?

Why do you think the 2.8C can hit 3.8 with air? You probably maxed it at 250 fsb.

i have watercooling, and i thought i have M0 stepping which should get a high oc shouldn' t it? im getting new ram would that help it?

and no i don't want to sound greedy but i don't think that was good enough for an M0 stepping.
