Need help with multi display software

I am using a 46'' Samsung and a 21'' Dell 2005FPW.
I want to extend the desktop to the 21'' on certain occasions. So I need to be able to turn off the other display easy.
I want to watch maxed hulu, you tube, blu-ray or whatever on the 21'' while being able to work on the 46''. Using default windows software, maxed hulu will un-max when anything is clicked on the other screen.

Can anyone help me find software with these features?

All That is already built into Window 7

No, win7 only has the ability to turn it on and off. The problem I am having is when I full screen hulu on one, and click on the other, it restores down hulu.
Also, if I have the other display turned off in windows, and turn off the main display, it will auto switch to have my desktop on the other display.
Can someone just name some of the reputable multi display software so I can look into them?
