need help with motherboard selection

Hello

Planning on buying motherboard this coming week.
Cpu will be a Intel Core i5 3570K and would like the poss. of
overclocking down the road.
Budget 100-200 cdn or buy it in a combo. Mostly internet surfing, photoshop,
very light gaming, hd video etc.
I would be using just 1 video card.
I would like the board two have onboard video, usb3, sata 6gigs
i lokking at this combo
