Need Help with Lexmark Printer X6150

Hey guys (or gals),

I recently got a free printer from my girlfriends father after he wanted to upgrade from his Lexmark All-In-One 6150 Printer.

The printer is plug-n-play, so i hooked it up, computer recognized it immediately, and voila, printing,scanning,copying wasnt a problem.

then about a week ago, something happened, no idea what, but the printer was gone from my computer, lexmark folders were still in my windows explorer, just no printer icon. So basically its a large papeweight at the moment.

I tried removing the Lexmark drivers, then reinstalling them, but my computer just doesnt recognize the printer at all.

I'm running XP Media Edition SP2 at the moment, if you need any other info on my computer, id be glad to let you know.

Hope im not out a nice printer, but at least it was free.
