Need Help with LCD Decision

I currently have a Dell 2005FPW. I'd like to upgrade to something larger and I'm having a hard time deciding on the 2407 versus the 3007. Can anyone offer up an opinion on the difference between the 2005FPW and 2407? I'm refering to its size and resolution, I know about the differences in inputs etc. Is it large enough of a jump to be worthwhile? Thanks.

From what I hear, the 3007 is overpriced and lacks connectivity that the 2007 and 2407 feature. I would go with the 2407 myself.
