Generally HD blocks aren't a good idea as their restrictive and lower temps can actually reduce HDD performance. Is there a specific reason you need water to cool these? Why not just more airflow?

In that case, +1 to sanchez's statement. The koolance blocks are alu IIRC
Stainless steel is *just* as bad as aluminum, if not worse.
The hydrapacks can burst IIRC, but most people use them without issue.
Do you know the type of stainless they are using? There are lots of different grades of stainless with very differing properties. I guess I will call Koolance tomorrow and find out.
