Need Help With Input Lag Test

I would like to test the input lag of my LCD against my CRT. I downloaded the input lag timer, but I can't find an option anywhere to set my video card in "clone" mode. Is this option only available with nVidia cards? I have an ATI Radeon. I can "extend" my desktop across both screens, but so far I can't figure out how to simply duplicate my desktop. I have the latest Catalyst Control Center and I'm running Windows XP Pro.

With the secondary monitor in the "Attached displays currently disabled" box, right click it, then choose "Clone with main monitor"

You should also test it a second time by switching what port the monitors connect to on your video card

To make sure the video card doesn't have any issues in itself between the two ports
