Need help with HSF & Mobo selection

I'm looking at doing my first SFF build in the new SG04 which has the PSU mounted above the CPU/HSF and I'm concerned about clearances. A low profile HSF would usually do the trick, however I'm also planning to reuse my Q6600 and need a motherboard with PCIE 2.0 X16 since this will primarily be a gaming PC. Most motherboards that I can find that fit those two requirements seem to have rather large NB heatsinks, so that makes clearances below the HSF a concern as well as clearances above.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good motherboard/HSF combination that will fit each other, and in this case, and meet my needs? Thanks.
