Need help with headphones

My steelsound 5H have been cutting off, and i can tell there is a loose wire inside the left earpphone (no wire leads to the right earphone)
If anyone can tell me how to open these and fix this problem, it would be appreciated. its getting annoying having to wiggle the wire around to get sound every now and then..
