Need help with GTX 260 cooling

My friend's MSI GTX 260 192 has a failing fan, so we need to find a replacement without spending a ton of money. I don't know much about GTX 260 aftermarket cooling options, so if anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.

Still under warranty? - get them to fix it if you wasn't thinking about after market cooling before. Tried cleaning with maybe a small drop of silicon oil on the bearing?
