Take in that I will be adding the fan at the top..
Also, the front fan doesn't get much airflow due to the grill holes blocking some airflow, it does get airflow just not the max it could if it wasn't obstructed..

I need some suggestions on what the best configuration I should use for this setup for max cooling/airflow in this box...
Also, take in the fact each side panel has vents at the bottom of each..

Thanks in advance..

Heat rises and ends up in the top of your case. You want to expel this heat. By having the top blowhole fan blow out, you are taking out this hot air and also sucking in cool air from the bottom from either your front intake or the two side vents you speak of. So, put the fan blowing out, it's not called a suck hole for a reason :D

Also, you might think about cleaning up your wiring a bit for better airflow.

Yeah, you really want that top fan as an exaust fan for the reasons mentioned above.

Also, see if you can dremel/cut the case fan-grill off the back 80mm exausts. This would give those fans optimum airflow, and reduce noise by quite a bit.

For my rig it worked better with this configuration: 2 front fans in, bottom rear in, top rear out, chasis in, psu out.
The reasoning was that the temps keep cooler when the large heat from the cpu and video card are taken out as efficiently as possible while providing fresh air. The rear fans were originally set opposite, but for my own rig it worked better the other way pehaps due to the chasis fan blowing air in. Personally, now this is probably by no means atypical, I tried all combinations possible with my rig and having all bottom fans blow air in and upper fans out actally gave me about 3-5 degrees+ above my current setup. This is cpu temp, mobo temp, case temp. So I guess what I'm saying is u might wanna try different configurations just to test it out if you are really concerned about temps because I feel that depending on the orientation or components of your rig it can vary (messy wiring, orientation of fans, parts etc). However, the general rule of thumb is heat rises.

My config:

Chieftec Infinity Minitower Silver with 3x92 fan mounting
4x92mm Tornado running full blast........
1 Tornado Front intake
1 Tornado Side intake
1 Tornado Ontop Sp94
1 Tornado Back Exhaust

2.6Ghz at 3.12Ghz temps 22C idle 30CLoad MB temp 22C idle 25C Load..........

My setup will drive anyone insane from the noise.....it's bothering me a lot coz i forgot to grab a nexus controller with my case............

I'll take any watecooling setup anytime.....lol...:D
