Need help with Dell 400sc server!

I just got my new dell server and need some help. Figured there were others here with same system. I switched HD from old computer as well as video card. My computer will not output with the AGP card in which is a PNY gf3 ti200, and a 120gb wd HD. The HD boots to xp logo then a BSOD and restarts. What am I to do. As well as AGP card since Dell doesn't support it. Both work fine in the older system.

the os, you'll have to reload, or start the load and run repair

the vc may not be compatable, try a different agp card
