Need Help with DDC control (will Pay $$)

Hi,
I have a little problem I need someone to help or someone to point me in the right direction.

I have been developing a hardware device that connects to the video port
which will be controlled by I2C or SMBus protocols.

so far I can't get control of the DDC line from a windows app.

I've programmed per Microsoft’s suggestions using their DDK, however it’s not working.

I've been in touch with a company that develops a App that talks to monitors using the I2C lines. They have a library of supported cards ...However they will not license or sell anything that will help me out.

It looks like I will need to get hold of information on the location of the DDC (I2C) registers per card and write my own driver.

However again, I'm having some serious difficult finding information on the locations of these registers.

I am willing to pay someone to:

1. Write a driver
2. or/and supply me with information on addressing these cards ($$ for each video)
