Need help with clock and voltage settings

Can someone help me out with bios clock and voltage settings for my new build:

- Asus P5N32-E SLI
- Intel E6600
- G.Skill 800 (PC6400) HZ's
- EVGA 8800GTS
- Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit

I am looking to just do some minor overclocking for now (to get as much as I can out of my CPU and RAM without having to worry too much about heat problems).

Please help me out a little as I am new to clock settings and voltages. Thanks.
