Need help with Catalyst Control Center

Recently, I have uninstalled ATI driver and all of its components because it had some problems. Now when I installed it again, everything else was fine except for CCC. When I run program like "Switchable Graphics" but it said missing shortcut and the name of the program is CLI.exe. When I went into the install folder, found and run program "CLI.exe" then it said "Could not load file assembly 'CLI.Implementation' or one of its dependencies...'. Next I uninstalled only the CCC and then it said "Application Uninstall: uninstall package failure!". Then the Uninstaller closed and when I installed again, none of any programs in CCC could run.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, using ATI HD 6470M and Microsoft .NET Framework 4. Can anyone help me with this problem
 
@tinate: I know it's awful, but some of my games don't run well without CCC because I cannot change the setting to high performance when running games :(
 
Well if anyone has a way to fix it, I'd love to hear it. I can't even get CCC to run at startup anymore, and anytime i try to start it manually, I get the aforementioned error - even after driver sweeping and reinstalling twice.
 
I found a way to get CCC to run, but I'm not sure if this would help every has this problem or not:

0. You might need to reinstall .NET Framework.

1. Uninstall the driver, delete all folder that have name ATI or AMD. That depends on where you installed CCC.

2. Use any program that can modify the Registry, I used "regedit" by Windows :). Then find all "ATI" and "AMD" keys (use "Find" and remember to tick "Match whole string only"). I think the core problem why CCC did not run properly because of the registry. I got CCC run smoothly after delete all ATI keys.
Some places you might find them are: HKEY_CURRENT_USER, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and HKEY_USERS

3. Install driver and CCC normally. With luck, CCC should working now after a restart.

Hope this help anybody who got this problem.

Ive noticed on several of my clients, In some cases, even after an uninstall the core-static directory is still there with locked DLLs.

after the uninstall, boot into safe mode and delete the c:\program files\amd or ati directory in its entirety.

I didn't modify the registry. I'll try that when I get a chance.
