NEED HELP WITH BRAND NEW COMP

Hey guys. I just got a new computer (abs) today and I have 2 nvidia 6800gt's linked by sli, I am just curious how to hook it up. Right now I just have my monitor plugged into one of the cards. Is that all I do? (because I can hook up 4 monitors 2 on each card, and each card has an svidio connector) Or do I need to use this svidio cable it came with and link the 2 video cards together. I can see threw the side window that they are already linked together by a chip that says asus. So what I am asking is do I just plug my monitor into 1 of the 4 spots on the 2 video cards. Does it matter which one? What about the svideo? THANKS SO MUCH. IM NEW TO THIS DUAL VIDEO CARD THING
 
Hey man, all you gotta do is just start plugging em in w/e you want. You can change the order they display in within Windows.

This can be done by right clicking on your desktop and selecting properties. Then click the settings table, and from here you will have to look around. ATI and Nvidia do things different, so your tabs will obviously be diff than mine. Im sure alot of people around here have those exact same cards, if not close.

Alright now , he was excited. :) It happens. No doubt he gets the point and will never as long as he lives ever make that mistake again. :p

The topic was that he needs help with his computer so......
