• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Need help with an odd reboot loop ASAP.

Hello guys.

My uncle is having a problem with his PC - I recently formatted and fresh-installed it, then installed all normal programs...

Basically, when he boots it up, it says that your computer suffered a major hardware/software error blahblah, and then there are the standard options - the three Safe Modes and Start Normally. In any case, the computer just restarts and does the same thing. Any clue? I am completely stumped by this...

Thanks a ton guys.

Can you go into safe mode?

Sounds like a driver problem to me. My first guess is video. But with such little information provided, there really isn't much to help you with.
