Need Help with ALT key

Okay this may seem funny to some but its not to me...Anytime I press my right alt key the calculator comes up and the left alt opens my computer...Not funny. Is this a virus? Is there some setting I can change? Help guys.

Reformat or get a new keyboard......
If that doesnt work reformat and get a new keyboard.
