I am having a problem with several computers at work. Whenever someone opens Word, Excel or Powerpoint (Office 2000 and 2003 running on Windows 2000), a blank page with the Adobe icon or a black square is printed out on the default network printer. Some of the users have Acrobat 5 and Acrobat 6 installed others have just 6.
This does not happen when they open a pdf file, just when they open an office document, spreadsheet, or presentation. I have tried to reregister the ocx but that did not resolve the issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
I have also had a coworker uninstall reader and acrobat, after she reinstalled reader, the issue didn't reoccur, but after she reinstalled acrobat, the page printed out with a black box in the upper left corner as soon as she opened an excel spreadsheet.. She is running Win2k, office2k and Acrobat 6.x.
Again, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the driver assigned to the printer in the printer properties. I had an upgrade seemingly whack the driver and reset it to default. AGFA driver or something....
