I have a dell 4550 pc which I want to upgrade memory and video card. What kind of graphics card for 80-10 to US bucks should I get?also not sure if this pc can take pci express?

256 ram- want t oupgrade to 512 but what kind of ram?
mx 420 64 Mb video card? need to upgrade it!
