Well I need a program that will uninstall drivers so i can install the new ATI catalyst ones.

Well I need a program that will uninstall drivers so i can install the new ATI catalyst ones.

Use Add or Remove Programs to pull all drivers and apps, then use driver cleaner.

See answer above...use Driver Cleaner, reboot and reinstall the driver you wish to use.
