need help to uninstall vista sp1 in command mode

Acer laptop with Vista sp1 3 of 3 reboot loop. So I try to uninstall the sp1 in command prompt mode. No restore point on the drive and can't start the pkgmgr since Im not in the windows. Any other suggestion before I do the complete system restore? TIA
 
Thanks for the quick reply, I already tried it, but I can only do that command in Windows. When Im in the repair mode, the pkgmgr failed to load.
 
have you tried to use the system restore from the disk. Im sure that when sp1 gets installed it makes a restore point. That may help you out.
