Need help to setup wireless password for Netgear WNDR3700 asap!

Just got my router running and when I connected to it via my laptop, it didn't ask for a password and it says unsecured connection when I put my mouse over it. Where do I go in the settings? I do not see it at all!

Nevermind I got it. But I don't know which one to use?

WPA2-PSK [AES]
WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES]
WPA/WPA2 Enterprise

Log in, ensure firmware up to date, change admin password, set your wireless SSID, set security,

I'd go for WPA2 AES if you can.
But sometimes you have devices that won't work with that...so you'll have to resort to WPA PSK TKIP and WPA2 AES (mixed mode)

Use WPA2 AES (Personal). If your devices don't support it, you need different devices.
