Need Help to recover HD data file

Get a 160g Maxtor 5400rpm fill with data files. Now, i can't open up the HD anymore.. Whenever i click on the HD, it show this disk in not format. I have like 130g data file in there and i really want to recover it. Who can tell me the best program to recover it? I have test couple recover program from downloads.com, but all i see it empty folder.

I've tried GetDataBack from the www.runtime.org with a some successes. You can try it out for a couple of files before buying it. They have a version for NTFS and FAT32.

and for permissions (which may be your problem?)
disable simple file sharing and take ownership of files and folders
