Need help to choose a case.

It's the first time I'll be building a SFF rig, and I'm having some problems choosing cases. I'm building it for a friend, and he will use it for gaming, but no overclocking. I'm planning on using a i3-2100 and a gtx460, except I don't know which case to use. The ones I found are either too small, have bad air flow/fan sizes, and/or look fugly. (He wants it to be a looker lol)

SLI/CF and USB3/SATA3 are not needed.

1. What will you be doing with this PC?
Mostly gaming. No video/audio editing. No overclocking.

2. What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included in this budget? Is your budget flexible? Is cost a driving factor in component selection?
$120. I can go up only if there is a PSU that comes with it. A good PSU, of course.

3. Where do you live? Do you have any big B&M (brick and mortar) computer chains nearby (e.g. Microcenter, Fry's, etc)?
I have a microcenter near fairfax, VA. About 2 hours driving.

4. What exact parts do you need for that budget?
Case only.

7. What resolution output do you need? 1080p, 720p, DVD quality, etc for HTPC or list Vertical/horizontal resolution for non-HTPC SFF rigs. Do you need multiple monitor output?
1080p

8. Does this system need to fit into a particular space? Think entertainment center shelves, closet space, rackmount, etc.
No, but the case needs to be shoebox style.

9. How comfortable are you with custom case design/modification and electrical wiring? What tools do you have (Screwdrivers/Leatherman, Drill, Dremel, Metal snips, Soldering Iron, Bending Brake, CNC/Welding machines/Plasma cutter, etc...)?
Not comfortable at all

10. How important is the noise/silence of this sytem? HTPCs typically want to be quiet while all-out SFF gaming rigs don't care
Not important

11. How mobile does this system need to be? Need a carrying handle or carrying straps? Is weight important (carry-on bag, etc)? Water cooling quick disconnects, etc?
Like I mentioned above, it needs to be a shoebox style case.

13. When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Immediately, in a couple weeks, 3-5 years?
Maybe early next year the latest.

Have you already considered the SS SG05? - fits 1 3.5" and 1 2.5" HD standard

Well like I mentioned in the OP, I'm using a i3 2100 and a GTX 460 with a mATX board. Not sure about the exact mobo yet, but I want to settle with the case first. Using a 2tb 3.5" HDD and just a normal ODD.
