I'm all ready to overclock my rig (in sig) and I've read up alot on it but I cant seem to get my personal setup to overclock well. For starters I have PC3200 ram so it does DDR400. Stock I have a 14 multiplier x 200mhz = 2.8Ghz and a 1:1 ratio. I've read alot that getting this 1:1 ratio is a very important part to the process. Anyway, I went into the bios and for ram it gives me DDR choices of like 400,333, etc. I'd assume it has to be bumped above DDR400 to still overclock and get a 1:1 ratio, but I dont see an option to do this. I can boost the FSB of course, but as of now I'm running a 3:2 ratio of 240fsb and 160mhz on ram. This gets me to 3.36Ghz but idk how good it is considering the 3:2 ratio. Suggestions?
