Need help setting up WPA security

I have a Linksys WRT54G wireless router.

I want to connect my laptop to the router using WPA, but it looks like my laptop will only support WEP.

I have a Dell XPS Gen2. It has the Intel Pro/Wireless 2915ABG network adapter built in. I am running XP SP2. Is there any way I can run WPA, or am I going to have to buy another wireless card?
 
According to the specs I can find on-line, the 2915 supports WPA. What steps are you taking to configure it? Are you using XP's native wireless or the Dell utillity?
 
I went into Network Connections, right click Wireless Network Connection and select properties,click the Wireless Networks tab, then select my wireless network form the list, click properties, and then go to the drop down box called Data Encryption. The only options listed there are WEP and disabled.
